So how long has it been right!!! You were probably wondering where I have been, and while thoughts of being smooshed under the giant collapsed piles of washing as they avalanche in my house come to mind, really I have been distracted by life, my chronic illness, and my family, and getting my beautiful boy settled into more suitable schooling and all sorts of other things. But do not be saddened... I have managed to craft during that time... In fact I have been working on something special!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Since (re)learning to colour and discovering pencils and copics and distressed inks I have had a desire to stretch my skills away from stamping and to challenge myself by creating pieces of my own artwork. I guess I was always second guessing my own confidence though in my ability to do so and so I didn't even try and just kept on plodding along. Then I was hospitalized last year in October and that month long stint gave me plenty of boring time to work on a piece of graphite artwork I called "Lady With Blue Hair" that when finished I ended up being really proud of! You can take a look at that blog post <a href="http://cherryrosecottagecrafts.blogspot.com.au/2015/11/lady-with-blue-hair-in-graphite-my.html">HERE</a> if your interested. This piece started me realizing that "Hey!!, I might be able to do this!!!" So after another month of squirming I took the plunge and set out to do my very first Coloured Pencil artwork. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Of course I choose a really hard multi hued Rose as my first piece because "Go Hard or Go Home!!" right!!! BooYah!! :/ and off I went to my camping trip with all of my art gear, and my easel, and I spent nearly every day of that two week trip colouring away, being spurred on by the daily bystanders I had that would come by to check on my progress... It would have been perfect if not for the fact that my nasty illness flared up again and started me fainting and collapsing for no reason we could see and a week after coming home from camping with daily collapses and me not even able to walk to the toilet without falling I was hospitalized once again for another week putting my artwork on hold until I got better.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I wasn't able to pick it up again for quite a few months. I was just too unwell, and didn't have the motivation too. But once I got back to it, no one was stopping me. I was determined to finish it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm proud to say That I completed my artwork naming it "A Rose For Nan" in memory of my Nan, an avid Rose Gardener who has passed 2 years ago now. I'm sure she would love it. I couldn't keep a weed alive, but at least this will not fade, nor die, and my memory of her will live on always in it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So here it is completed!!!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0vDS8dhNZXZM5nsOzwHM099g_fDcFbbSpoENm_E8ChxS7Jr11s60FmcX7nEYCzNlrqzPFqf4w8fJAxXZn9BtmphCVdvCODHmNyHo7hmPOOEonGAAy5M6h9HygnO62O_1TOLtijgaDhfnw/s1600/Amanda_Jensen.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="335" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0vDS8dhNZXZM5nsOzwHM099g_fDcFbbSpoENm_E8ChxS7Jr11s60FmcX7nEYCzNlrqzPFqf4w8fJAxXZn9BtmphCVdvCODHmNyHo7hmPOOEonGAAy5M6h9HygnO62O_1TOLtijgaDhfnw/s400/Amanda_Jensen.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
For all of those interested, I took MANY photos during the process of making this piece, and I've collated them into a short YouTube video.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ljhIKCGSM8A/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ljhIKCGSM8A?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
That was so many hours of work.... and it's such a small piece really, smaller than an A5 but anyhooo. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Since completing this piece it has featured on the Anne Kullberg's Magazine for Coloured Pencil Artists Facebook Page as a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/174638509299561/videos/995870523843018/">June 2016 Featured Artist!</a> which was such a pleasure.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

Hiya Everyone!!! Well I know it's been FOREVER since I wrote something on my blog but I have been a sick little puppy!! and have just had NO ENERGY... This past month have seen me admitted not once, not twice.. but THREE TIMES to the hospital and out of 31 days of October I was an inpatient for 18 of them... *Huge great big sad faces* and even sadder is the fact that the Drs are still unsure what is exactly wrong and so I'm still not well... :(.....</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
However on a good note!!! cause I like to look on the positives of life! All of this time in Hospital and having me sick has had me searching for things to do to get my mind off being unwell and bored... and that's had me going back to the BEST diversional therapy there is.. ART!! More specifically, I couldn't exactly go taking my whole entire pencil collection and copic collection into hospital with me, but I could take my sketch pad and graphite pencil kit... and so I picked up an image I started months ago in April after I decided to take the plunge and try my hand at drawing again. Well I have now finally finished and couldn't be MORE HAPPY!!!.... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Presenting my completed drawing "Lady With Blue Hair" in Graphite. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
I based my drawing on the reference photo called "Wanderer" by the very talented Photographer <a href="http://pmp-art.com/alex-lee-johnson/gallery/117277/wanderer">Alex-Lee Johnson</a> which I sourced from an excellent website called <a href="http://pmp-art.com/">"Paint My Photo"</a> which allows royalty free use of photos for creating artwork! if you are a member. I urge you to check out the site. It truly is a wonderful resource! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have taken photos along my journey to give you a look at my progress but also my process... As you can see it changed very dramatically from the start in April to the finish now! :) I didn't think when I started that my eye's would progress to a completed drawing. So very pleased. </div>

Hi there... not going to waffle on today, as I'm feeling a bit under the weather, but REALLY wanted to post this card on here, as I super happy with it... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The card features one of Mo's recently created digital images "Airplane" which can be purchased from <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/airplane/">HERE</a>... as soon as I saw it I just HAD to have it!! I knew I would have a MILLION uses for this little gorgeous image. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and the first use, seeing as it was recently the beautiful Mo Manning's birthday!! Who could resist a Bright cheery birthday card... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Funny story.. (lol to me not waffling.. as if) I created a different card from scratch THEN coloured the image...sat it on the card, and the card looked SO PALE against the vibrant colours of the image, I just HAD to completely redo my card from scratch to make it suit better!! :) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So here is the new and IMPROVE version of my Birthday card, in honour of Mo (Maurie) Manning!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgXrSvBoRlC6mZl56cPB7ZMtp5LtIb0InKg3Gdh5UXn81dQBbDh8rHJqQXs3N1PWd85pvf2REU-VOQFM3xGbEd4Zu-GWt7FluXYx_3U3Esa8H-jbY5F5kE6_pBq7rGyjyLZYhKASX8OVE7d/s640/Aeroplane+Bday+card1.jpg" width="636" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Card has been completed in my current Shadow box style, that I'm enjoying SO MUCH to make!! It just creates a depth and gives added interest to the card I think.... ohhh and aren't those colours soooo bright!!! Colouring has been done using copics!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPVBWH1RcXY_f-dWL97ybpWAOs4Awh98N_PYimzLAmXTi8ZTS1gczjbdJgvC8kM3nP-Qb-QU2sFv7O7oSe4xhY9FFzDa45e_v53y6J2FCXmsJGbpslxm-iNwOgtXOLWgNFZgDhxRvNEePf/s640/Aeroplane+Bday+card2.jpg" width="636" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Digital Image "Airplane" by Mo Manning, colouring in Copics, with added White Polychromo pencil for accent</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
As you can see by this photo, I have added a layer of Iridescent paint to the glass panels of his Goggles and Aeroplane, followed by Glossy Accents to give it a slightly glassy look.. :) hey.. I was having fun!! I had to literally pull my hands away from the glossy accents to prevent myself from turning every balloon into a shinny little Glossy Accent ball!!! :) (Addictive Stuff) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdMed-3FEuMqA0YnN1D4t50rfU05tHGn0hAHRpI8cs5OCY4SKMf_rLP9SCIZsNggH1jBPT-H6YvgoMqQlq3g_pnpgIfS2LizVHZz999BZOdX2vsTMMFytNGencfRl5lxWW4kCMxxhBTets/s640/Aeroplane+Bday+card5.jpg" width="638" /></div>

So I promised you more cards in the last post didn't I!! well here they are. I have been busy playing and have created a few more shadow box cards as I build up a range of these designs to hopefully start up my Etsy Shop soon...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm really enjoying creating these beautiful cards using <a href="https://www.nitwitcollections.com/shop/">NitWit Collections</a> Scrap booking Kits. I have always enjoyed digital scrap booking and so it's fantastic that I have found a way to combine my digital scrap booking skills, my computer skills and my paper craft skills to create these new and unique designs. I cannot wait till I have a few more designs ready so I can start selling!! SO EXCITED!! and then I can bring my customers cards ranging from One of A Kind (OOAK) cards, hand painted or coloured by myself or beautifully designed unique cards that I will be able to reproduce in some what number larger numbers... though still small enough numbers that they will be special. :) I'm also hopeful that I will be able to bring in the future products such as party invites, thank you notes, Birth notices, Shadow Box Name Plaques and a heap of other things!!!! but for now... I'll stick with just getting my cards started!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And with that in mind... you'll probably want me to stop waffling on and show you my two new cards!! LOL... and the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!!.. Teehee!! well... future customers... Maybe!! ;) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
I LOVE this card... It's just so happy and sunny and CHEERFUL!.. plenty of sunny flowers and the most gorgeous bees collecting the pollen to make there honey... you can almost Smell the hay fever!! *AhhhhChooo!*... teehee</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="638" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaZgfm86Q9NzLaP7FEbl8QaLhhfU495qhcKPsfl9PSiRc0Dz-DT0qOfe8qUxIK6kpnrnfRr-0muXFSz3JHVpIpRYl28VgfpM6b7dE63maRJ5lMjfbrfjtavkVS6S7_vm4rKD0aZVwlc5zs/s640/PondInsects1.jpg" width="640" /></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
For my second card I still see spring, but instead, you have moved out of the sun, and walk down towards a lake, perhaps sitting under the cool shade of a tree and you see the insects coming out to enjoy the cool air! Ahhh.. just bliss!!!... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Both cards feature shadow box, layering on the front giving the a 3D appearance, while the inside features a coordinating panel with blank area for you to write you messages to your loved ones. The cards have been left without Sentiment so that you can use the cards for any occasion you see fit. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I hope you have enjoyed these cards and hope to bring more to you soon.</div>

So after some extremely stressful few weeks in my house I had the absolutely pleasure of going away for the first time on my OWN for the weekend, while some respite worker came in stayed at my house for two nights with my son... and boy did I not only need it, but it did me so much good... I have come back invigorated and refreshed and really understanding that this is what I need if I am to not only survive being a single mum with a child with multiple disabilities and behavioural challenges but to thrive... for his well being as well as my own, which is also challenging as my own health is also not good... but anyway... I had a marvelous weekend away at my parents on site caravan in the glorious bushland setting of Daylesford, in the middle of Winter and literally missed out on it snowing at my camp site by 5km!!! I was thoroughly ANNOYED!! I WANTED SNOW!!.. LOL</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But anyhoo... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
You will ALL be probably happy to hear that in my time away I Got back on my pencils and managed to do a little colouring.. in between my eating of gorgeous local produce down at the Local Cider Mill, of course matching that with a bottle of their organically brewed cider, and getting my Tarot cards read... something I had never had done before, and was BLOW AWAY by how accurate this gentleman was...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
but I diverge!!! ;) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

Hey there.. Long time no Create!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well as promised in my last post, I had an inkling of motivation and a sprinkling of inspiration lately, and with a cleaner house than usual I sat myself down and created this super adorable shadow box style card. Now this will be my first card I think I have created without a coloured digital image on it and I LOVED creating it... so expect more of these. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I know I mentioned many blog posts ago that I might like to try my hat at selling some of my creations and so these style of cards I have created I think will be a great addition to my list of cards I'd like to sell... "when I get my bottom around to it".. LOL... I'll definitely post about it when I do get my butt into gear and start selling these cards I make. :) </div>

Just a quick post to say I"M STILL ALIVE!! lol... I know I have been awfully quiet on the blog front lately since I left Mo's as a DT member. While my chronic illness has been "problematic" I've been dealing with it quite ok and if that was the only thing going on then I think I would have been back to my cards and painting and drawing already, but lately have been dealing with some family stuff and being a mum of a special needs teen is a whole lot harder right at this moment then it has been in quite a while, and I just haven't had the physical, mental or emotional capacity to do anything "extra" at the moment other then get up... get through a day... go to bed... and do it all over again. So all of my card making and art had been put on hold.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
That being said, we are getting some wonderful supports being put in place and I have been reminded of the value and importance of keeping ME happy and healthy too...and so in these last few days I have started cleaning my house, one room at a time, all I can mange with my illness and even that, only on a good day... and I can actually say that I have cleaned up my craft stuff and have felt a tinkering of motivation!!!... so with my son going on some respite tommorrow, I'll see what the day brings...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Baby steps. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
To all those still crafting!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Happy crafting!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and to those like me who are unable for the time being...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Take some time to enjoy relax and do SOMETHING you enjoy... no matter even if its 5 minutes.. just something!!!</div>

Hi Guys!!! Well after two weeks break, I'm back on the Polyies colouring up a storm... Still taking it easy, so this is just a work in progress picture to let you know I'm still around and living!! :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is a gorgeous image by Mo Manning by "Wiz" which you can purchase <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/wiz/">HERE</a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is the picture of him with his First Layer of pencil on his coat.. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7RU2u1x7r1B4tD8U4bFWBydiNbVFzsU4EKjxqmQ3iFA5-mUNtPzx7zlqlP16GAdNPrmjFXyQMSKm9o-7jdOfJQvLEdxG23TgWzUlO4HTixgairxJWd-vLmSLMbXvpA85RNSQ9wA4CJE_2/s1600/Work+In+Progress+Wiz2.jpg" imageanchor="1"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7RU2u1x7r1B4tD8U4bFWBydiNbVFzsU4EKjxqmQ3iFA5-mUNtPzx7zlqlP16GAdNPrmjFXyQMSKm9o-7jdOfJQvLEdxG23TgWzUlO4HTixgairxJWd-vLmSLMbXvpA85RNSQ9wA4CJE_2/s640/Work+In+Progress+Wiz2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And this is with his second final layer on his coat... Isn't amazing how much difference that second layer makes.. really increase the depth and colour of the image. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhKvDbHcLcBFDvz6WWNmyAOuJPH9CyzQ0UCTevJ2LbnrUmvyapAOM055EdmgFLzBVrZbKotyxdD3CLODcuPkHll9C3HkiKFczSXtRK5y_TNaUF6zOJn3fPjqI4tuUusXKoyMHwQELNI2XwD/s640/Work+In+Progress+Wiz1.jpg" width="640" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Ironically, Now having created SO much contrast and shadowing in his coat, I'll have to go back over his Beard and Skin and darken them up to match... but I'll wait till I finish the piece before I muck around with those little edits. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Will I hope you enjoyed this little sneak peek. Hopefully the next post will be him all finished and framed. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Happy Crafting. </div>

<br />Amanda Jensenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09383009919015225371noreply@blogger.com14tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-123550488298872845.post-61363000187167975332015-05-03T15:53:00.003+10:002015-05-03T15:53:29.928+10:00My 1st Year Of Learning at Kit and Clowder (Photo Heavy)<div style="text-align: center;">
Well today on fac book I had a "memory" post come up that showed me a photo I posted on this day last year, all excited at how much I had learnt from just doing ONE CLASS of <a href="http://kitandclowder.ning.com/">Kit and Clowders Online Copic Class</a>... I was so over the moon with how much of a difference the information I had learnt could make to my drawing in such a short amount of time. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well... seeing this post and photo today made me realise just how far I have come with my art in that year since that I posted that...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I sat myself down, and quickly... lol, yes.. I never thought I'd say that regarding my Copics... and WITHOUT THROWING A SINGLE ONE!! I sat down and quickly coloured a face on my "Face page" I had put together as a means to practice my copics before I had gotten my marvelous Kit and Clowder Class, next to the "Face" I had coloured last year on this date... so I could demonstrate to myself how far I had come. :) So with the face done...I just HAD to colour the hair as well.. cause I mean.. I can do hair now too.. I'm not an expert, but I can do it, and getting better and better each time I practice... So once I had completed that I thought I have to come on here and share with you all some of my early work, in comparison to some of my work now... :) So we can ALL HAVE A GIGGLE!!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But first... the photo that started this journey today.... The first face is my go at a face (with features and shading!! LOL :/ ) prior to Kit and Clowder.... the second face is the first face I did after reading through the lesson one of my Kit and Clowder Copic Lesson on May 3rd 2014.... and the third face on the right is today's face, done quickly, to demonstrate where I'm up to today, May 3rd 2015... One year later...</div>

So I have these stupid chronic illnesses right that tend to get in the way of LIFE!! LOL... I have a vestibular disorder, that Dr are still trying to classify, because I'm just a medical mystery and it doesn't quite fit into there "categories" very well... But presents like Meniere's without hearing loss, a nasty little blighter, that basically gives me EXTREME vertigo, like lets chuck you on a roller coaster doing the loop to loop for hours, so bad that you are LITERALLY stuck to the floor and unable to move... oh, that's after you have FALLEN to the floor, because this hits quite suddenly many times, or you have stumbled like a drunk person.. to the floor... and then basically sat there, unmoving, except for the heaving up of what feels like all of your internal organs... lol.. as you vomit away merrily for the duration of the attack... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Thank fully, this is how my attacks used to be, I haven't had them this bad in a while, now, I just get the room is spinning feeling, and massive nausea (or vomiting) and am confined to sitting on a couch for the day... using my walls and furniture to walk/stumble where ever I need to go, or my crutches if I need to leave the house.. Sounds like fun hey!! This was the reason I was made unable to work anymore, and left my career as a nurse and started Papercraft and stamping in the first place... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If that wasn't enough I have chronic migraines.. both the classic, OMGoodenss, some just smash my head in with a brick, it would be better then this!! but also another lovely type, called Vestibular Migraines.. which.. you guessed it.. Gives me VERTIGO.. that awful spinning I was speaking about.. and nausea.. and ARGHHHHH Vomiting... So, as you can imagine, when you are dealing with these to nasty things.. life is pretty darn difficult... It's made me have to reevaluate my entire life and prioritise what energy I DO have each day into the most important things.. Myself, My son, the household absolute must have cleaned cleaning.. LOL.. and of course my CRAFTS!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sadly... when one of these conditions, or both flair up, I have to be even more strict on myself and prioritise even further what I can or cannot do.. because I need more sleep, and more rest, and less of everything else.. These conditions take a lot out of you.. Your balance is one of your executive functions, like your beating heart, or your breathing... you may not think about it, but when it doesn't function properly, your body actually turns off other "less important things" to devote more brain power to it to get it working right... So out goes things like "Thinking!!" "problem solving" "memory recall" "Speech".. yep.. my speech is not needed apparently (thank goodness I can type.. LOL Phew) So on bad days not only do I stumble around like I'm drunk.. I slur my speech like I'm drunk too... but in the end.. all of this stuff is just PLAIN exhausting... and then it throws in a MIGRAINE.. and we add Pain to the mix and I'm just a ball of stumbling, slurring, vomiting, incoherent rambling mess, with a cringe on my face, trying to get you to understand what is going on... which is why I carry medical alert info in my purse.. So I'm not randomly picked up by the cops for drunken disorderly!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But it's not all bad... these illness have taught me to slow down my life and not take things for granted.. they have made my explore interests that I had as a child/teen , such as art, that I would never have MADE time for... and hey, I worked out I have a talent for... and so I find my curse is also a blessing... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
One of these blessing was that my illness lead my to look for a hobby... I was sick, I was now after 2 years (at that point DEC 2013) not working and it was time I look for SOMETHING for me to do at home to keep me from going insane, and my precious mother introduce me to her stamps.. little wooden blocks and a few clear ones she owned... never would I have thought that that, would have lead me researching about the culture of "stamping" and "colouring" something my Mother had NO CLUE ON... but more importantly.. never would I had imagine it would had lead me to discovering Mo Manning...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was so mesmerised by these GORGEOUS story book type images I was seeing, images that reminded me of my childhood, and the books I used to read and LOVED.. and here you could buy rubber stamps to replicate these images and colour them in.. that was it I was hooked... From the very first image I saw... "Little Elf Fin" and to the very first Rubber I purchased... "You Are A Peach"... (along with 10 others) I knew I wanted to colour this Mans art for the rest of my life.. (yes yes.. I'm sorry Mo.. I thought you were a man.. It was such a shock to find out you were indeed a woman!! LOL) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and this led me to facebook and finding a group all about Mo Manning, and eventually I was the luckiest girl in the world..because my work was noticed, my work, which I still think was crap!! LOL.. at the time... but anyway... when the Guest Design Team position came up.. I thought GO FOR IT!!, Whats the worse that can happen.. You get to sick, cannot do it, and thats the end of it, but at least you have given it a try. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was up front about my illnesses with the lovely Miz Pat, the DT Coordinator, and was so worried I would let everyone down, I just wanted to put it out there that this was the case ahead of time, so that way if the event should arise I should have to leave, it would be understood why.... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well.. despite the odds... That Guest position in June 2014... followed on with a permanent position on the DT team. and I was LOVING IT!!.. it was hard.. and it challenged every ounce of me.. and yes.. there were days that I was pulling my hair out, and days when I sat there colouring my card image, marker in one hand, vomit bag in the other!! :/ but I continued, to prove to myself more then anyone that I COULD do this.. and I improved and got better at my colouring, and my card making, and I got faster... but my illness didn't let up.. and there were times it was all too much and it prevented me from completing a project.. and they were the weeks that I really hurt, cause I felt like I let everyone down... particular Pat and Mo, which hurt me so much... but I kept on trudging along.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Unfortunately things were not to be however... the toll of producing all of these cards, and the stress I place on myself to do them, plus a flair up of my illness this year, and an increase in our DT requirements to one card a week instead of 1 a fortnight, sadly just became too much... and I was becoming more and more overwhelmed and colouring and creating was becoming less fun as my illnesses flaired up and I just became exhausted all the time... so I made the decision after 10months of being with the best est DT team in the world to leave... It was such a hard decision... but I learned from this illness, that it does not care what you love and what you care about... when it says enough is enough.. you need to stop, listen, and prioritise your life again... and so I had to let the DT team go. :( </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I will not give up my colouring, or on promoting and supporting Mo's Manning.. cause she will ALWAYS be one of my favorite artists as well as a friend... but for now I will take a bit of a break, and rest for a few weeks to recharge... and then get back to it all... and also look at exploring new avenues of art in the future... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Thank you for whoever has managed to read this great big long post!! LOL.. it was not meant to be a novel, but turned into one. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Happy Crafting. </div>

This week I've made ANOTHER baby card in preparation for a little baby girl who will be coming into the world in June. This card though features something quite special. it's interactive!! yep... The little lambs actually rotates giving the card an appearance of the lambs leaping!!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm totally in love with it and so glad it turned out. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've used the sweet little <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/emmy-with-lamb/">"Emmy with Lamb"</a> image that Mo Manning created earlier on in the year. It was just right with her little lamb doll fitting perfectly with my theme. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A match made in heaven. :) What do you think!!</div>

<a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/emmy-with-lamb/">"Emmy"</a> has been coloured primarily with Copics, and finished with Polychromo Pencils. I thought she needed to be sitting in a field of grass.. Only fitting really!! :)</div>

This is the button handle on the inside of the card that you turn to make the Lambs turn. :) I thought it would make a cute handle. It's actually two buttons stacked on top of each other, to make it a bit easier to "handle".. Teehee.. I made a funny!!.</div>

Someone very close and special to me is having her first baby... and so OF COURSE I was going to make her a card!!! I mean, what kind of a dodgy friend would I be if I didn't make her a personalised AMANDA card... with a Mo's image.. Of Course!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today I have used the simple but lovely <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/baby-shower/">"Baby Shower"</a>... It's quite an obvious choice.. seeing it's a Baby Shower I'm attending... and this is a Baby holding an umbrella!! I love how this image is kinda gender neutral, so you can colour her/him up any way you want to make it a boy or a girl... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've been inspired by another DT member, the Lovely Kim Bell, to get out my Distressed Inks and have a bit of a paint this week, but of course.. it wouldn't be me at the moment, unless I added Polychromo pencils SOMEWHERE!!LOL.. and because they both use the exact same paper type, my Arches 300gsm Hot press Smooth Water colour paper.... Phew.. what a mouth full... they worked EXTREMELY well together.. as you can see by the final picks.. The hair has been done in Polyies, as well as the green spots on the Umbrella and the background base grey's. :) So expect to see more combo distress ink and Polyies from me in the future... or Polyies and Copics... because I REALLY have to get some more practice in with them before I forget for to use them all over again!! LOL</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So anyhoooo .... onto my card!!</div>

Hello Everyone... Well this has been ONE EXHAUSTING WEEK!! I took my not so little boy (15yo) camping for the Easter weekend on my own, and because of my chronic illness, even though I'm doing well at the moment, it took a lot more out of me than I expected...so I've had a lot of sleepy days since, and barely enough energy to get out of bed let alone move off the couch! so I will apologise to you right off the bat for this really short blog post... and also for the super poor quality of my photo... I was not even sure I'd be able to finish a piece for the weekly inspiration, but I have managed!!! Unfortunately it's NIGHTTIME and so I had no natural light to take a photo light I normally do.. So if you just tolerate the cruddy photo for a half a day... I promise in the morning, bright and early I'll take some better photos and post them!!! :) <span style="color: red;">As promised, I'm back and have upoloaded the new photos... but have left the old photo below as an illustration of POOR PHOTO SKILLS!! lol... </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So without any more waffling! Here's my gorgeous tag, using <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/bip-bip-birthday/">"Bip Bip Birthday"</a>... a Super cute little Robot by Mo Manning.. of course!!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjskoDgiEYDxcrc7e5v7nOfFEk6CxovwkOBlP-rl903cxin8PjN2F_gOW0i6UO9fKrw1_qSWZjrtg1tEx3cCHgjfCJZBvUhswzToftDazucXjvRwQf3YhXbJDr8KH6evzYiXzvX1VFiq9kZ/s1600/BipBipBirthdayTag3.jpg" height="640" width="638" /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDGNeU1XZTdbKe3rYaPCnbsMaotLYcbIr7uwjGIoSwXASFkLBhnwpvl5XAke6ca_qJVFM6DLhka6RU_s35Py-VSMsuiBjUc4hw4xOSyGZsrhsXFG-BaBOPea3F3v84iLNAZw78VCjr9T1W/s1600/BipBipBirthdayTag4.jpg" height="638" width="640" /></div>
<br />
Now This is the OLD NIGHT TIME PHOTO!! I've left it here to illustrate just how much a difference your photograph of your piece can make. In the above pictures the image is clear and crisp, the colours stand out and are bright and actually reflect how the true colours I how I coloured this little cutie!! You can see the Bluish tinge I placed on much of his metal body.... As you can see in the below picture the image is dull, with an orange/brown cast that I could not get ris of with photo manipulation.. it was the overhead "warm lighting" from our lightbulbs... this interfers with the colours drowning out certain colours, and making others just look plain wrong... The photo itself is also grainy! and it's not that I am poor at taking photos, just there is not enough natural lighting, and you should never use flash photography were photographing your cards, because it bounces of the the weirdest places, like the sheen of your PENCILS!! or the alcohol in the your copics make the ink from the printer shiny, so it bounce off there... and thats without considering all of the BLING some people put on there pieces... So my advice... if you have the ability to, take your photos in a light filled room, not in direct sunlight, on a consistent background.<br />
I use just a plain piece of white cardstock A1 size, folded in half sitting on a chair in my BATHROOM!!! because the light is filtered through the rippled glass in the window.<br />
I take MANY SHOTS, from MANY different angles.<br />
Then they all get uploaded into my computer where I use Picassa to weed out the cruddy shots, then I crop them to size and colour correct any that are too blue!... now this is also A MUST!! every camera, whether is be a mobile or an SLR fancy smancy camer will have flaws, and most photos will need colour correction. so have a play with the programs you have and see what you can achieve with your photos. Usually mine will require the blue tinit to be corrected to slightly more yellow, an issue particule to my mobile phone camera, slightly more shadowing, and then slightly more highlight. Then it resembles as close as I'm going to get it to what I ACTUALLY PAINTED in real life!!<br />
Anyhooo.. This wasn't MEANT to be a photography lesson.. LOL.. I will do a tutorial on this at some stage!! :)</div>

So I finally got to play with what I will now and forever more affectionately call my Polys on an image that was not an Animal!!, Yep I had to have more then just blending skills... LOL, and did I have a little gem to play with. I've had this image stashed away for quite some time, and I'm so glad I waited to use her... and I think you'll just LOVE what I did with her, cause I had some FUN!!!</div>

Just follow <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/amanita/">THIS LINK!!!</a> Here.. I'll give you a closer look at her CUTENESS!!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

This is just pencil on pencil and LOTS OF LAYERS and BLENDING!!! and yes... my hand is all crampy and feels like an eighty year old with arthritis now.. apparently I need to develop "a pencils hand"... I think I just need to chop it off.. LOL</div>

So I could not resist myself. After seeing all of these beautiful pencil projects over at Kit and Clowder over the last 3 months and with there release of there new <a href="http://kitandclowder.ning.com/pencils">"Perfecting Pencils" class</a>... I just HAD to have me some pencils... So I saved me some money!! and bought myself the <a href="http://kitandclowder.ning.com/pencils">"Perfecting Pencils Class" </a>which allowed me to research which pencils were going to be the best for what I wanted them for and TADDDDDAAAA.. I bought me some FANCY SHMANCY PENCILS!!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
lol...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I've ended up Polychromos because I read on the Internet and saw to many thing on YouTube about lead breakages and bad quality control on Prismacolour and figured I that I wasn't going to be spending $300 odd on a pencil set to sharpen them away just to be able to use it once!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So here's what I ended up with...</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1P4L_3fi92iH_cSkWeUtSOQKRHOUcjRnAij2dW1qtfwUgZ4aM2Z6gxIFatD2QOQhOwlzn3k4DyrwBlrz9lDdfn5322Bj64yQ4rtCuH2kZbpDREOXYcToon-l2teiQ2Tia3iryCOCv4zLg/s1600/10616139_10205442472237980_4471890738943928197_n.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8njzzrL0HRsP_aGgfZ5jmyA8rgoMhz_QliHnMF2J9e2bLcYXOH03PkY4YwV5pKh-e2aQ00qEv-BbxQG-0JrSk4c08-FeUyw1fBkRMHSK4hYi3UEVgTjZI6GgrvET4B7VMyTWbck4RjXiV/s1600/10953900_10205442471237955_1691223543694402333_n.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgiIlD3RCZL3h3Upm38Hn-ZfcgcqSdP4SV0I_hOj7-ykyqiL5fURze07AjTiMmcS04AIADDzMdN6jO7R2UBj-aqtt-rCzRUW3Qm0s84o00EonbZkMwSdFeXTBhbf_5hYAGcw3_l7jE0ibRv/s1600/11069556_10205442473078001_5519296537169158422_n.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I purchased this amazing set online from <a href="http://www.theartshop.com.au/polychromos-pencils">The Art Shop in Australia.</a> They gave me a fantastic price that worked out $50 more then getting it just in the normal tin!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Now for the funny first try pictures. I had a bit of an unsuccessful play with them on the second day of owning them. I following the colours of skin tones that came with my lesson... however applied them WAY TO FAR OUT!! So instead of it being a cast shadow, it made my little person appear MASSIVELY sun burnt... or just "Brown".. LOL But hey.. I was just having fun.. and learning how they work...</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2GWDKaO7NcOipvFG1lLxkbsRMvDc0riDB5BvRl0bi-m-Mbwrfwfr5LxH8HiXNrdcJiXaBCWsU639LOnljB-MX9P5xghgDrMYY1-GQ6DuLKmKPayv-BBKTWSshe14JWZgteFBREB95Egej/s1600/10559938_10205463709968910_3156824310472093960_n.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
One "Clowdie" (a fellow peer on the Kit and Clowder Facebook page" suggested I should turn it into a Mouse!! or a Bear!! Lol.. I followed through with her suggestions.. but I thought a MONKEY was more appropriate!!! Teehee</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Now we should also probably note, that this was just one some scrap paper I had lying around... I had by this point realised that this paper was indeed CRUD!! and I would NOT be using it for future pencil work! LOL</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhD2QvsiFPYdcxE3WxkRGzWFkchyphenhyphenr5f6ZSVcfsLykUzrttVHZ3OaUu47r9CCxYqCjDJGBFRTPx_7J5_llc6rDO8_lKPcm3mx-7NxZs-sTE0DgWLRbaWQdJ4GclDlL5YAg8UhzGTwtNT9LO2/s1600/10622897_10205464731634451_685535415488963928_n.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So today when I woke up the lovely Mo Manning had posted a new digital image of an <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/easter-chickie/">"Easter Chickie" </a>which is on sale for $1 for the next 24hrs.. and after some giggles and fun over the position of the "eye's" on the image... and some alterations on Mo's part.. the digi was re-released!! and I just HAD to have him to practice my pencils on...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Unlike my previous "Monkey" LOL.. this one turned out splendidly well and I'm SUPER chuffed with it... I printed the image on Arches 300gsm Smooth Hotpress Watercolour paper using my Lazer printer. This image has ONLY been coloured in Pencils with no use of blending fluid or oils... just laying and blending with pencils. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMS4TsuTXCSXkWc0kKeo83pK8uFIVnhbUoBHm0X_u5DVXC6YjDMCz1qQ07zkDX2nv6wNH3MWIe7xLCjtlt1qQT7EbskSkHjlY1NJTEm_QcwR8RKRX2dMujDc8bemWncTOLJD56FC33YN5K/s1600/Easter+Chick+Pencil.jpg" height="640" width="638" /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you'd like to learn how to colour with Pencils I HIGHLY recommend The <a href="http://kitandclowder.ning.com/pencils">"Perfecting Pencils" class at Kit and Clowder</a>. They go through lots of pencil theory and you get to complete three different projects using either Prismacolour, Spectrum Noir or Polychromos... It's a Wonderful Class. :) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Anyhoo. Just wanted to share my first goes with my pencils, so I can come back here in a years time and see how far I have come.. We all have to start somewhere.. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and Remember if you want this DARLING little <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/easter-chickie/">"Easter Chickie"</a> for ONLY $1 then you better head over to Mo's Digital Pencil in the next 24hrs before it goes back to it's normal price!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

Hello there me Hearties!! LOL Another Mo make from me this week using one of the beautiful children out of the <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/sailor-boys-set/">"Sailor Boys" set in Mo Digital Pencil</a>. I love this set because of it's vintage feel, and it brings to mind images of little kids playing in there sailor suits down at the beach with there tin soldiers while there mums in there 1950s bathing suits watch on preparing a picnic for everyone to eat... it's just Gorgeous!! and of course, I owned a little Sailor suit just like this for my son when he was born. I have only one picture of him wearing it, as he sits on Santa's lap.. Screaming his lungs out at the scary man in the grey beard!.. oh the memories. LOL... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well back to my card :) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it... oh.. and check out his hair!!! I'm very proud of it.. LOL.. I know I know.. I bragging about hair.. But I am still learning with my Copics and my attempts at hair before <a href="http://kitandclowder.ning.com/project">Alyce from Kit and Clowder</a> came to the rescue were just pitiful!! and oh!! his hair.. it actually resembles HAIR!! LOL... sorry.. just a little chuffed with myself.. anyhoooo.. back to the card.. I'm getting awfully distracted today! :) Some pictures.. That's what you are REALLY AFTER!!! So I will oblige. </div>

<a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/reach-star-s/"><img alt="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/reach-star-s/" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDjvWQw9Sm_FdxXIR-gu2xSqlnHjJ4Q6PYj3YuAQT8pPk9IWCBJBsv3JrpWXCHKWzI2EhJWUQEYIc9lmWt1gF6FhSj45xQ5O1aH3ecQYHySaf6-lEflY4YwmvbS_5V6wTX5LDUw5WjAGMW/s1600/reach_star_s_wm__47470.1421115157.1280.1280.jpg" height="320" width="180" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
From the moment Mo showed us this new stamp <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/reach-star-s/">"Reach Star (s)"</a> also available in a <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/reach-star-girl-s/">female version</a>, I fell in LOVE!! I didn't know if it was the PJ's, the great big rounded tummies, the tiny little feet in comparison to the bodies, the hands, the way they are flapping as ONLY little toddlers do as they reach for something or the onezy with the cape! but I just had to have this stamp.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I LOVED the sketchy design, a little different then the stamps I normally colour but I was willing to give it a go because I had the PERFECT digital papers to go with him. Recently having been introduce to NitWit Collection I came across an adorable Digital Scrap booking set called <a href="http://www.nitwitcollections.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=14&products_id=396">"FQB- Spaced Out Collection"</a> and if there wasn't a more perfect match made in heaven!! Well I'll let you made that decision for yourselves ;) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I really like this HUGE MOON on the inside of the card which allows the person buying the card to write there birthday wishes or such on it.. Very cute. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjuxHTHPESPAHlf0AtSdcwGt8zIjy-2PTZhM5BQPijwP7iTEotn528To8MlZZxrTIHXfZ0v899OEeBD4Ap-8TL-6NCAr7pflkVxyWMgpmlbMSrh873pePjAuc7lmwdLqeZky3tZAnL6rrQ_/s1600/ReachForStar2.jpg" height="640" width="634" /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Wanted to make him look like he was reaching for this moon... and think it was a great way to use the sentiment which is included with the digital stamp. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxzWuc-LGFP-BGV1m4vR4eLol0U82tA-0JgYSIdXKY0nycUvPPaZTkaudZ45LSEE59BhKjqYCVTvfkt6cE6ElrYtaYNbh_dGbjdXECM-fhRJUm1xN7nQfe4P74ROEQ6T_GwEn5NSDh1nrn/s1600/ReachForStar3.jpg" height="640" width="638" /> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
All elements have been outlined in black. This is a really simple yet effective way to make your cards look professional, but also to make your elements blend into the card... nothing worse then seeing white glaring cut lines... a little trick I learnt from Paper tole. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Remember how I mentioned a few weeks back that plenty of changed were coming around the corner... well here is another one of them!!! From now on, you will have the BLESSED DELIGHT!! (lol) of seeing a card once of week created by me instead of once a fortnight.. That's right!! From now on, each Friday in Australia (so Thursday for most of the rest of the world) :/ I'll be sharing a card to hopefully inspire you to create wonderful knew projects and cards.. and to show off the absolutely gorgeous and beautiful images and designs that the fabulous Mo Manning is drawing up for us all!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
For now we, the Design Team, we will be sharing our makes each on our designated days in <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosclub/">Bella and Bronte's Clubhouse</a> on Facebook, so there should be a DT card being presented daily by one of us... but in the coming weeks a new blog will be set up to feature our works there as well.... ALL VERY EXCITING!!!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Also Mo has been a busy little bee and done some extensive remodeling!! LOL to her current blogs and the Digital Pencil Challenge page...so we encourage you to come on over and have a look at the new designs and give your feedback on what you think of the new styles.. You can toggle between the different modes/styles of page on the toolbar across the left hand top of the page. Come on an take at look at the <a href="http://mosdigitalchallenge.blogspot.com.au/">DP2 Challenge</a> page, <a href="http://mosdt.blogspot.com.au/">Mo's Dream Team</a> page and <a href="http://digitalpenciltoo.blogspot.com.au/">Mo's Digital Pencil Too </a>page.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So.. with all these changes...we, like you all.. Can now do ANYTHING GOES!! and do not have to stick to themes.. which is marvelous. Do not get me wrong.. I LOVE themes, they make you think outside of the box... However, I often see digital images in Mo's online store and my little mice are running on there wheels in my mind coming up with there ideas, but I couldn't use them previously because they did not fit the theme.... now that's NOT AN ISSUE!! So I can let my creativity run wild and just do whatever I want to do. So I hope in the coming weeks/months you will see some merges and playful uses of Mo's digis that I have wanted to do for awhile, but have had to put off and I really hope you enjoy them... But for now.. lets just start off slow!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My card for this week features the lovely new stamp that was released for Valentines day called <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/chocolate-heart/">"Chocolate Heart"</a>.. now I know it's no where near Valentines day anymore, but The one thing I love about this stamp, and it's sentiment is that you can use it at any time, for anyone that you LOVE!!.. It doesn't have to be attached to Valentines day.</div>

A new challenge over at <a href="http://mosdigitalchallenge.blogspot.com.au/">Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge Blog</a> this fortnight... ANYTHING GOES with the OPTIONAL THEME of Animals!! chosen by the lovely DT member Tracy.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The card I have made is for my lovely niece who is turning 16years old next week, and so I thought seeing I'm the KOOKY and simplest HILARIOUS Aunty!!... ok.. I'm weird.. simply weird.. LOL.. I'd go for something with a bit of humour!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have used the digital stamp <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/sheep/">"Sheep"</a> by Mo Manning cropping the image closer and closer for each frame, to give some interest. It's a great way to use one stamp multiple times, and get BANG for your buck!! plus it made my card make sense.. LOL.. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The card base design is by Karen Burniston, Elizabeth Craft Design <a href="http://www.bizzybecscardmakingscrapbooking.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1036&products_id=15241">"Oval Accordion Card". </a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Flowers and Ladybugs I found at my local $2 shop many months ago.. and I'm so glad I FINALLY found a use for them. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Please excuse the flower I have placed across my nieces face. I am a strong believe of maintaining children's privacy, especially when it comes to the Internet... but I still wanted to show everyone this card.. So this allows me to!! I sure you can all understand! :) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The papers were just from my paper stash!! :) I've lost track where I've gotten it all from!! A crafty problem most of us have I'm sure! LOL.. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
